- JKjoan kee2 days ago5.0Dr. Contento is a great Doctor. He explain all the reason why I was having foot problems. Im glad I decided to go the Gaston foot ,and Ankle Specialist in Gastonia.
- RTRodney Tojdowski4 days ago3.0The appointment went as scheduled. But it looked something scary and major changed at this location. Only one person was at the check in and check out and historically there has been at least 2 to 3 girls assisting and taking care of patients. As I walked back to the room. Again, where I would see 2 to 3 girls/guys assisting and taking care of patients with a smile. There was none. Why is it such a ghost town now. Lastly, in the review room I was seen by a different doctor. I asked why and he responded that Dr. Santiago had retired in December. I wasn't impressed with the surprise. My take away was that the Doctor that seen me was a fill in/temperally filling in. Santiago was the best. Let's see how the future visits pans out. Hopefully the ghost town does a 180.

He also answered and addressed all of my questions and did not try to avoid them or rush me out the door. I give him a 10 plus. Staff was friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. I really would have liked to give them a 5 star rating, but the wait time was so long. The doctor did apologize and I told him I understood because I was aware of what actually happened. This was my first visit, so I'm curious as to whether or not the service I receive will be the same every visit. I've noticed in most first visits you receive great service and from visit (2) two on the service leaves a lot to be desired. All is to say I really like service received by doctor and hope it doesn't change.🤗
