Called to make an appointment and was hung up on immediately. I’ll take that as a sign of p poor service and call the next place on my list with this good money.

Love Ms Sylvia! She is always attentive to my needs and always helps me find glasses that help shape my face especially with significant weight loss over the years. Since 2016, always grateful to keep coming back and seeing her face.

    — Two Months of Excuses and Zero Follow-Through If I could give zero stars, I would. I have called this LensCrafters location eight times over the last two months and have been told every single time that someone would call me back. Not once has anyone returned a call. I’ve been waiting on my contact lenses for over two months, and the excuses have been unbelievable: • Call #1: “They’re on back order.” • Call #2: “Your order was cancelled, but don’t worry—we reordered it.” • Call #3: Suddenly the contacts were “the wrong size.” I’ve never even heard of that. • Call #4: They claimed my contacts were finally in. I went to pick them up—they were not my contacts and not even my prescription. • Call #5: Now they “haven’t come in yet,” and they needed to “check with the doctor.” No call back. • Call #6: I spoke to the sales side. They looked into it and said the contacts I was prescribed don’t even exist. But someone would call me the next day to resolve it. Of course—no call ever came. This entire experience has been unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. Two months of runaround, misinformation, and zero accountability. I still don’t have my contacts, and no one at this store seems capable of handling something as basic as fulfilling an order or returning a phone call. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else. This location has made it clear that customer service is not a priority.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
