- STSarah Taylor1 day ago1.0Mr. Santiago is incompetent and arrogant. Thank god he is retiring and will never maim another person. Because of him I have to tape up my toe, wear shoes a 1/2 size too big, where spacers, and take pain medication just to get through an average day at work. I have met 3 other people with the same experience. He absolutely mutilated my left foot, destroyed my quality of life, and then acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Good riddance MR. Santiago. The medical profession is a better place without your cavalier attitude and gross medical ineptitude.
