I saw Dr Contento twice and he’s been terrific. Knowledgeable, personable, patient, kind. I hope it’s a while before I need a podiatrist again but if I ever do I’ll be right back here.

You have the ability to manage being understaffed by managing an accurate schedule. The story made sense the first time, but continued bad behavior demonstrates in ability to manage the appointment schedule and patient experience. My dad once told me "being late is the same as lying." I'll find a new doctor who manages an appointment schedule.

I can't say enough how amazing this pracice is from the front desk , medical assistants and Dr Contento . My son is 17 is an athlete and had a pretty infected ingrown toenail that supposedly had been removed at the ED . Dr Contento was so kind to him as well as his medical assistant working past their office hours to help him. Dr was very knowledgeable and my son is terrified of needles he was slow and understanding. I would recommend him and his staff for any foot and ankle needs . Thank yall so much for taking such not only medical care of him but being so caring to him , thats definitely not something you usually experience (especailly with a 6'2 17 year old scared teenager) .Your office was a prayer answered

I made an appointment for 8:40 am on 12/10/25. I received a text message confirming my appointment for 12/10 25 at 3 pm. I responded with a "Y " because I would not get another appointment before the end of the year. I arrived at 2:42 pm and left at 4:36 pm. At 3:15, I asked the receptionist why is it taking a while to be called, she said I will check for you. She came back and said the Dr. Is busy seeing other patients. I was called back at 4:09 pm I asked why did it take so long to be called. The nurse said when the patients got to the back the patients required more attention than expected. The Dr. Came in at 4:20. I explained to him the wait time that I experienced. The Dr. Said that he was the only one working today and he had to take care of all the appointments that day. When I got back to the front waiting area at 4:36 pm there was no one in the waiting area. Apparently they left or some was seen before me. When I was called back to be seen by the Dr. there was at least 10 people waiting. Poor service and I will not be returning to this location. Ella Booker
