  First let me make full disclosure. I have a close relative who works for the company. However, I will only post an honest and unbiased review. My experience at the Miracle-Ear Garner location was simply great! The hearing specialist Jerry Gregory is very down to earth and he is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything regarding my type of hearing loss and answered all my questions in plain talk. He spent the time to adjust my new hearing aids and made sure they were properly working for me and I didn’t feel at all rushed. When the Miracle-Ear hearing aid fitting was complete I was extremely happy with the results. The best sound quality I have experienced compared to any of the previous brands I’ve owned. Jerry recommended I come back in a week to make sure everything was working properly for me. A week later I went back and Jerry was so patient and asked me plenty of questions to make certain everything was A-Okay. He determined that my hearing aids needed a little tweaking to work more effectively with my somewhat complicated level of hearing loss and the end result was even better! I highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for quality hearing aids and friendly and professional care. Note: They don’t do walk-ins at this location, so make sure you call first for an appointment.

  The young lady who helped my mother was very kind, respectful, and helpful. She took time to fix my mother's hearing aid and even cleaned it really good. She was an excellent representative for your store. Her name was Heather Richardson. Thank you to her!

  Poor comication skills. I had made appointments with them twice, and both times I showed up, they were closed. If they have to cancel or reschedule someone, they need to learn how to call their patients. Head quarters are not aware of what each branch is doing, so they really didn't help. They really need to update their website for each location plus the hours on their door if each location picks their own hours.

  Customer service is outstanding! When my appointment needed to be cancelled by the Specialist due to a scheduling conflict during the Christmas Holiday season , Pat Allen, the office assistant, not only called, but sent a card weeks in advance with an explanation for the cancellation and a new appointment date. By being proactive, she allowed plenty of time for me to adjust my schedule as needed. Thanks for your consideration and thoughtfulness, Pat.
