  Don’t understand the point in being open Mon-tues if you can’t be seen because doctors doesn’t come in until Wednesday not the 1st time my child come home sick on Friday and can’t be seen by doctor til Wednesday smh

  I'm transferring my daughters out of this pediatrics. I've had enough. My 1yo is due for 3 vaccines and I made an appointment in advance. They changed the appointment 2 times, which is fine. When we're finally there for the appointment, they said we have to wait for 5-6 other patients to be seen first, who they either squeeze in the same appointment slot, or were backup from earlier appointments. They have only 1 nurse & 1 doctor so 5-6 people will take at least 2 hours. I made another appointment to go back another day when they open in the morning, at 8:30. We were there this morning, and waited 1 hour 20 minutes, then they gave her only 1 shot, saying the other 2 are not available. We were out of there at 10am and my 1yo still missing 2 shots. Wait time has been ridiculous lately, not just for this occasion. If I have an appointment and wait 30 minutes, that's fine. But more than 1 hour is nonsense.

  This facility is very poorly operated the worst I have attended. Between doctors being late for scheduled appointments and the office randomly deciding when it will be open the care is directly affected. Even the receptionist needs an overhaul as they do not not return calls or notify patients is prescription refills this one needs a redo immediately or it will not last much longer
