  My experience with AFC Urgent Care in Fuquay-Varina was excellent. I had saved my spot prior to going and was greeted promptly upon arrival. The check-in process was easy and the wait time minimum. The staff I saw were very professional and knowledgeable. Upon examination, a determination was made as to what needed treatment, a course of treatment was outlined and the necessary medication was forwarded to my pharmacy. When not feeling the best, it is nice to receive treatment in an efficient and capable manner without a long wait time. I would definately recommend using AFC when the need arises.

  I never thought I’d be writing a review of an urgent care, but having gone to half a dozen to a dozen in my life this one is hands-down, the best. Not only was it clean and not crowded when we walked in, but they were courteous friendly, offered us bottled water and did everything in a timely fashion and that’s pretty much all you can ask for an urgent care and above and beyond some of the other places, I’ve been just the bottles of water is a reason I would go back again.

  Great experience. Easy to book appointment online. Completed new patient docs online. Friendly greeting at reception. Check-in was a breeze. Waiting room was inviting and clean. Medical staff was supportive, knowledgeable and offered solutions. Left with the treatments I needed to feel better. Thank you AFC Fuquay-Varina! I highly recommend them.

  My visit was wonderful! The receptionist Stephanie made me feel so welcomed! I was helped by two nurses, Ria and Sylkia. They were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough! My provider was Elizabeth and she was just the best, truly a fantastic provider! I will be going here for all future visits. This is the best urgent care I have visited. Compliments to the AFC organization for making patients feel heard!

  The AFC Urgent Care has a QR code to sign in as an option. Front desk/receptionist was friendly and helpful. Using the QR Code was efficient and user friendly. I had a short wait in waiting room, with 3 patients ahead of me. Male nurse took vitals and intake info. He was friendly and professional. I had a bit of a wait in exam room. Doctor apologized for wait; she had more complicated patients ahead of me. No worries on my part. Not every medical need is a quick decision. There is a TV monitor in each exam room. American Ninja Warrior was being broadcast! The doctor was friendly, kind, thorough and provided necessary medications. The office was clean, attractive and secure. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
