- NDN DJan 25, 20262.0We Loved, Doctor Rice. He was very knowledgeable, kind, concerned and really works one on one with hearing our concerns. However. He left the office and moved away. So unfortunate. We were not informed that this was going to happen the month prior. So our next few visits were always a different doctor each time. Always someone new your child sees. I understand the turnover, it happens. But it seems significant here at this kidzcare. Kids get use to a doctor and it's confusing seeing someone new always. The front office didn't have the proper paper work ready when we went in for a diagnosis appt. Which in fact is frustrating when you take off work and pull your child out of school for an appt that they aren't prepared for. A simple call to let us know they hadn't received a fax yet would be appreciated. It was just really not a good feeling. Also the new doc was suppose to put in a referral for us and yet that never happened either after we had to call and ask why the referral wasn't sent. They are really lacking with patients care and common curiosity to notify. We have since switched pediatrics. Best of luck to you!
