  Elder Abuse at Miracle Ear In Franklin NC! The guy called my father and his companion OLD over and over again. Said he had dementia and that he as too OLD to be helped. After becoming very angry that my father needed help, he kicked my father and his companion out of his office. I made a complaint and received a phone call from his boss only to be told that the story that she heard from his office wasn't the same as my traumatized father's story. And it's "he said, she said". She couldn't care less. Then she offered for him to go to another office (duh) and I said how about an apology. She was very curt and after I got her information she hung up on me. Our experience with Miracle Ear is horrible! Stay away from this office!

  Called the Franklin Miracle Ear Friday morning, told them one of my hearing aids was dead. They gave me an appointment for 3pm. I was thinking I'd need the receiver replaced for about $90. Pete, the Miracle Ear Tech, took my hearing aid looked it over, asked me a few questions. He gave the receiver wire and ear bud a good cleaning. It worked fine! Pete was great, saved me 90 bucks and informed me his Miracle Ear office was opened 5 days a week and he was the Miracle Ear Tech and the Audiologist. This was a welcome change to see as the previous service (before Pete took over) was spotty at best and only 1 day a week.

  Ashley does such a wonderful job explaining how to use the hearing aids to first time users. Ashley help my father, who tends to be an anxious individual, feel comfortable when come in for a visit. I am so thankful that we have an office in Franklin so we do not have to travel for yet another appointment. I have seen my Father's confidence grow as he engages in social situations because he can now hear what other's are saying to him. I highly recommend The Miracle Ear office in Franklin NC.
