GNC aims to inspire people to live well. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge, efficacious ingredients and products they deserve.
I went there yesterday to pick-up a product for my son. I'm not familiar with GNC and was surprised and then angry that I could not complete the purchase and get a receipt when I chose to not provide my email. I asked him to clarify and he was steadfast that I had to provide an email. My son will have to order the product online or seek another vendor. As for me, I am not buying anything from GNC when they insist the customer provide more than payment.

I did not want to provide my phone number or email because GNC has spammed me constantly in the past and the guy at the counter this morning said he wouldn't let me buy anything.

I went there today to do an exchange for a product I ordered online through GNC. I called GNC’s customer service number before going here to make sure that I could exchange in a GNC store. However, the gentleman was very rude in telling me that he could not do an exchange unless I had a receipt where he could scan a barcode, even though GNC told me that all I needed to provide for the exchange was my order number. I also went on my GNC account and saw where it says that you can do a return or an exchange in any GNC store as long as you have a receipt or an order number. He clearly did not know how to do this, and instead of saying that he didn’t know how to do his job, he was rude to me and said he couldn’t do it. I went to the GNC on Pope Air Force Base, and the two gentleman there were very friendly, and they did the exchange for me, so go to that GNC if you want good customer service and people who know how to actually do their jobs.
