  Amazing experience. Treated promptly, was in and out in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them to anyone and if I didn’t already have a primary care physician I would definitely be going there for my primary care.

  Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They make my children feel safe and comfortable and tell them everything step of what they are going to do. My kids like coming to MainStreet Family Care over their regular doctor.

  While we are overall a healthy family, when we do have an acute need, MainStreet Family Care is where we are headed! I love that I can register at home prior to the visit. Check in is easy as soon as you walk in. You can now see where you are in line to be seen. The staff are always friendly and great with kids. Thorough, imaging can be completed. Mediation are always sent to our pharmacy in a timely manner. MainStreet Family Care is where our urgent care needs are met!

  DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED! My family member was seen in October, no issue. Paid copay then the $200 bill in January after insurance did their part. No problem. MONDAY THEY CHARGED HIM $510! Out of no where! After going through the portal and staying on hold and not getting a hold of anyone from the billing answering service, they finally called him back Monday afternoon. They explained it was a glitch in the system, and that he would have the money back by that night. WRONG! It's now Thursday and his account has not been refunded. We have called them every day and the billing service automatic answering service. Will tell you that they will call you He gets a text message saying he's about to receive a call then no one answers He stayed on hold for two hours yesterday waiting on someone to answer and no one ever did. They also will not answer In the patient portal Messaging system. Facebook says this is a very common thing. I've been reading thousands of post by people with the same issue. They messed with the wrong one this time.

  Always treated with dignity and respect when I'm seen in their clinic. Usually, I'm a late person that comes in and they're always kind and it doesn't feel rushed. Some places push you on through but I feel like they actually listen to my concerns and try to help me! Would definitely recommend them!
