I had hardly ever done any yoga before I started here 18 months ago. 100+ classes later I’ve made a huge improvement in my flexibility, balance, and core strength. The instructors and counter staff are all awesome, welcoming, and accommodating. The other members are also very supportive of each other. Overall, highly recommend!

I get excited to workout and I feel so much more gentle with myself about what I can do in the present moment. I also feel stronger, leaner, and more mobile than I’ve ever been! My favorite classes for when I want a challenge are Sculpt and Flow (specifically with Crystal- she’s the best!) and Power. Slow Flow and Hot are great when I want to feel more grounded and slow down. Also everyone who works here and goes here is the nicest person ever! Such a great community. Overall I guard my membership to Y6 with my life and I recommend it to everyone ❤️

Sculpt is great for a challenge or a slow flow or restore for days you’re tired and sore. I always leave the studio feeling better than when I walked in.
