Very professional. The eyeglasses professional, Jacob, had plenty of time to walk me around showing me different pairs of glasses to try on. The entire experience from start to finish was just incredible. Highly recommend to anyone needing an eye exam and/ or new glasses. 👍👍👍😊😊
- AYangie yates5 days ago1.0I was given two bad prescriptions from this Center that has resulted in me having to have my glasses remade 2x, this last one at my expense. A $300 lesson to learn not to use this company anymore.

And she was honest and gave great feedback which in turn helped me with my selections. The doctor that performed my eye exam was very thorough and kind. I was examined by Dr. Downing. I definitely want her to examine me at my next appointment.

Thankfully they were nice enough to give me the employee discount which is half off the prescription and some off the glasses. It would have saved me 300 dollars if they accepted my insurance like they said they did. That is the only part I didn’t like was the communication error. The eye care center themselves were excellent and very fast and professional. LensCrafters are the ones that told me they accepted my insurance and didn’t.
