  Although the extraction was a “pain”, Dr. Karlen and Sabrina were very compassionate, consistent in making sure that I was okay. The entire office staff were exceptionally kind.

  I've seen many dentists and oral surgeons over the years in, 3 different States. There were times that I had the Cadillac of dental insurance and times that I was blessed to have coverage thru programs for those of us on Medicare. The quality of care and results isn't always based on the cost. The staff here have been hands down some is the best that I have seen, anywhere. I honestly can't say enough about how every person there has been. HIGHLY recommend if you have any need of their services.

  From the front staff, to the clinical persons, all the way to Dr. Jones, they have been the best in my care. Knowing my dental fears, they are considerate, kind and make me feel at ease and bring laughter. Thank you all!

  Sandhills Oral Surgery, Periodontics & Dental Implant Specialists. This was truly one of the most outstanding medical experiences I have ever had in my life. I came in to have a salivary gland stone removed, and naturally, I was nervous. But from the moment I walked in, every single person in that office made me feel safe, cared for, and genuinely valued. Dr. Karlen is absolutely exceptional. Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but he is also professional, calm, attentive, and deeply compassionate. He took his time with me, never rushed anything, and made sure I was completely comfortable every step of the way. I truly did not feel a thing during the procedure - it was quick, smooth, and done with such precision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, which is something you rarely experience these days. A very special thank you to his amazing surgical dental assistant, Kaylee. She is truly one of a kind - kind, attentive, and so warm. She made me feel so cared for and supported throughout the entire process. Her presence alone made such a difference. And I have to say - the entire office is phenomenal. From Nina at the front desk, to Crissy the patient care coordinator, to Nurse Nicole and the rest of the team - every single person contributed to this incredible experience. The level of hospitality and professionalism is unmatched. Honestly, I felt like I was in some kind of luxury treatment setting you'd expect for celebrities in LA - not a regular appointment! The details they think of are unbelievable - I was given a blanket and even sunglasses so the surgical light wouldn't bother my eyes. Where do you get that kind of care today? Truly nowhere - unless you're paying an extraordinary amourt-which makes this place even more special. On top of all this incredible care, I was genuinely surprised at how reasonable and fair the prices were, which was a shock! For the level of care I received, it is worth every penny- and far beyond what I expected. If you are looking for a place that combines top-tier expertise, professional-ism, and genuine human care - this is it. I would recommend Dr. Karlen and his entire team to absolutely anyone.

  Went in and removed 4 wisdom teeth and it went smoothly! Dr. Joseph Karlen and his assistant were amazing 👏 they made sure I was comfortable and also they were very professional and caring. I would recommend any one to go and recieve treatment for their needs. Im very satisfied!
