Went in with a scheduled appointment and everything was taken care of and the staff was friendly
First I will start with the ladies at this establishment are wonderful, getting your appointment is easy and it’s easy to sign in . The reason for 3 stars : my 4 month old needed an allergy test . The first day the sweetest lady tried her best to find his vein but couldn’t so she suggested I come back the next day to try someone else that was better with babies , I came back and she had a hard time too but found one , she informed me that they do not get provided with pediatric needles and it’s hard to get enough blood with regular adult sized needles so of course I went somewhere else that would have the correct equipment. I would suggest supplying the wonderful staff of quest with the equipment needed for ALL patients! I would definitely come back if needed with my older kids or myself but if I need blood work for a baby I would go somewhere else

The two technicians working with me were extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate. I told them about my previous bad experiences at Labcorp and they were very understanding. To my wonderful surprise, it went so smoothly! She got it on the first try and it didn't hurt at all. Just a pinch.

A urine sample was submitted but rejected due to the clinic using the wrong label. Quest could have fixed the problem but instead rejected it. So I had to use 3 more hours including driving time round trip to redo it only for Quest to reject it again due to a policy change that they didn’t inform the clinic of, apparently. Quest has bad customer service.
