I have been with this clinic for going on 3 years now. I had a wonderful doctor who decided to retire when they were bought out by a place in Georgia. I've never had a problem and this place was great and controlled my pain due to an L4-L5 fusion that was done because of an auto accident. HOWEVER, I had my first appointment with another provider JENNIFER. I have to stress this was the RUDEST doctor I have ever encountered and I've worked in the medical field for many years. She came into the room with an attitude to start with, refused to listen to anything I had to say, especially now that recently I have another fracture and requires another surgery which has all happened since the last time I was seen. I was not rude and asked politely to speak with someone else and she slapped the desk and responded with "that's fine I don't want to deal with this crap anyways." And walked out and slammed the door. My mother who occupied me to the appointment even told the woman that she was the rudest doctor that we ever had encountered. I requested my medical records and I have no intention of ever returning. I've worked with doctors for many years that had questionable bed side manners but I have never been treated the way she treated us today. I can't speak for the other providers there but I can say I would not recommend this place to my dog, and frankly in my opinion this woman should not be seeing patients or practicing medicine.

Dr. Torres is the absolute best. He’s the kind of doctor that truly listens to his patience and I also love the fact that he’s warm and fuzzy with a good sense of humor because I’m a bit of a clown. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but, definitely worth it. Everyone here is professional, they smile, they take such good care of you, they treat you with respect and are definitely a five star for me. Especially after experiencing so many unprofessional places that just don’t listen, they don’t show interest in taking care of you, etc.

This is Prentiss Mars III, combat disabled Veteran, and Husband to a wife who is also a conbat disabled Veteran. My wife and I have been patients with Intergrated Pain Solutions for several years. I am proud to say that Intergrated Pain Solutions has been the primary reason why I can function very well with the number shoulder reconstructive surgeries, bulging discs from my neck to my butt, and a total hip replacement. If you are a Veteran, stop searching for help, IPS!!! If you're a civilian, the same rules apply. Look no further, ....everything from immediate scheduling of injections, recommendations for physical therapy, in house access to holistic methods of pain management, as well as the traditional medication regiments for those with permanent chronic pain . Those with non-stop, weather induced, unimaginable, life altering pain know exactly what im talking about. LOOK NO FURTHER, and stop living with uncontrolled, unmanaged, pain and non stop discomfort .... Give the caring, very knowledgeable folks over at LPS a call and take back your quality of life. You'll Thank me, and be Glad you made the decision to live with a better outlook on your future, one where pain isn't in the driver's seat. Sincerely, Prentiss aka Mr. "P"

This practice is horrible to new patients. I was seen and gave them my medical information which one of my disorders is a rare disorder. I even had my previous doctor from where I moved from call to speak with Dr. Torres to explain my rare disorder and why it causes me pain and I was told from my previous doctor that Dr. Torres didn’t even contact him back. I received a letter dated almost two weeks ago in the mail today and it stated I was being terminated from their practice because my condition did not meet their diagnostic criteria for chronic opioid therapy! I signed medical release forms for them to get all of my medical records from my previous doctor’s and I know that they did not receive them in the short time period from my first visit to when they wrote the letter terminating me as a patient. They didn’t even reach out to me to cancel my second appointment, which I was on the way to when I opened my mail and found the letter. I understand that there is an opioid problem with patients abusing their medication; however, the patient’s like me that don’t abuse, are still treated badly. This doctor should be reported to the medical board because he didn’t even listen to me about my disorder and he didn’t even bother to reach back out to my previous doctor’s to understand my disorder. I would not recommend this practice even if they were the last pain management group still operating and open!
