Healing from left total replacement hip surgery requires a good right AFO for my permanent right foot drop. I could easily have had a minor breakdown today due to janky transportation issues from dss. However, the ladies up front were very understanding and empathetic. Additionally, working with Jason and Mike has always been extremely pleasant, professional, and supportive. It’s been a real blessing to work with an office that hasn’t lost touch with superior customer care.My new custom AFO fits way better than the one I’ve been using for the past 2+ years

In a world that often feels rushed and impersonal, she took the time to really listen, showed such genuine kindness, and even told me she’d pray for me. That moment meant more to me than I can put into words. You just don’t find people like that anymore. Her compassion stayed with me long after the conversation ended. The company itself is professional and reliable, but it’s people like her that make it unforgettable. Thank you for reminding me there’s still goodness out there, she was a pretty young blonde curly haired girl, who sat at the front desk and showed me where the room was. Everyone else was also fantastic. You don’t see many young people anymore who are like that. God is good, all the time and I’m thankful to have encountered her spirit.
