- DKDeja-rae KosierFeb 6, 20231.0If you like small talk and not getting to the root of problems this is your place. Granite I was only seen here for four months before deciding it wasn’t the place for me. I felt like all I did was gossip about my day to day life instead of focusing on what I needed to. I didn’t appreciate when I would speak and the therapist would try to assume what I would say instead of actually letting me speak. All a waste of time and felt like I wasn’t getting the help I deserve and need. Two things that seemed very unprofessional to me. 1. There was multiple times I wasn’t seen until 15 minutes after my appointment and my appointment would run short. I felt rushed out most of the time by the therapists phone. I knew time my appointment was coming to an end when a chime would come from the therapists phone to let her know her time with me was up. Not the environment you want to be in to feel safe to speak. And yes as you can see from the reviews my therapist was also Cindy Harris.

- JBJan BrockFeb 27, 20195.0There r not enough stars in the universe to rate this counseling service and Cynthia Harris's professionalism, understanding and empathy. My journey has been long but Ms. Harris has been with me every step of the way. She has been been with me through the dark thoughts and has me to push them to the back of my mind. From day one there has been honest and open communication. Ms. Harris style helps one make their own choices through picking up on what is said, listening to what is unsaid and gentle probing. There r miles left to travel on this journey that Ms. Harris and i have begun but i know that she will be with me every step of the way because she cares deeply about her clients. I would recommend Ms. Harris and the service to all who need counseling, Terri, the receptionist, as well as the other therapists who work there r like family, Thank God for New Day Counseling and Cynthia Harris.
