- AGAshley GallatinMar 2, 20262.0I have been a patient at this doctor’s office for over 3 years. I do not come in often because whenever I need an appointment I can’t be seen as quickly as I need to be. I recently called because an issue I am having and was questioned about why I haven’t been back and this is not the first time I feel like I have been treated this way by the employees at this practice. Another reason why I am not eager to be seen. I also was not notified that my primary care doctor did not work here anymore. The list goes on but after my next appointment I will be finding a new primary care office.

After being a patient of one doctor for over a decade, the doctor left and it’s been three years and she has not been able to have a doctor assigned to her. She actually got assigned to one about a year ago and then they left. Not sure why they can’t keep staff but my mother who was over 90 Could not get an appointment to see anyone even in cases of emergency. I would literally choose any doctor’s office above them.

- DMDaniel MessierNov 3, 20251.0I am receiving relentless calls and texts from this office to come in and book an appointment (and I’ve requested that this stop several times). In January of 2025 I booked an appointment to be a first time client. The practice has pushed my appointment back 3 times, with the most recent rebooking scheduled for April of 2026. I have no interest in going to a practice that cannot keep staff and have to push clients back in 6 month increments.
