In January of 2025 I booked an appointment to be a first time client. The practice has pushed my appointment back 3 times, with the most recent rebooking scheduled for April of 2026. I have no interest in going to a practice that cannot keep staff and have to push clients back in 6 month increments.

Ms Anderson sees everyone in my family and that alone is a blessing. I always feel like my family and I are a priority, our concerns and questions are always addressed within a timely fashion, and the entire team is always friendly, professional, and genuine.
- RSRosie SmithNov 15, 20132.0I've been a patient here for over a year and in the beginning was seeing a GREAT PA. She left and the new PA that replaced her is horrible! Don't bother wasting your time trying to talk to Staci Pessetti, she doesn't listen to you or your history or care that what she prescribes you doesn't work for you or help your symptoms. She told me that she was going to prescribe what she felt was best even after I told her that I'd had that medicine before and it didn't work!! When I asked to see someone else I was told that it wasn't allowed-- that I HAD to stay with her and would not be able to see any other doctor or PA. Who does that?? I absolutely love the front desk staff! Cheryl and Alisa are awesome and I will miss them. Its a shame that the management doesn't care that patients aren't listened to and don't care that they are losing one. I may be only one but I'm pretty sure that I won't be the last! I probably would have stayed if I could change drs/PA.
