But this experience has been exhausting — five trips in two days, changing prices, system and payment issues, and still no glasses. I’m honestly heartbroken because this just isn’t the LensCrafters I remember.

Customer service exceptional love them everyone is so friendly and I had a problem with my safety glasses nothing that they had done wrong just that I chose the wrong ones. I had a one week and they kept getting foggy at work. I took them in that weekend and they gladly exchanged them for another pair. That I loved and within one week I had them in my hands didn’t have to pay more no questions asked and I love that.
