I had a prescription from a different Eye Dr and Insurance that no other Eye Center would accept. But LensCrafters accepted both! The best part is that I was paired with an amazing Sales Associate! His name is Marqus and he is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. I literally looked at every pair of glasses in LensCrafters, and he actually told me he was having fun and he hoped I was too! I told him I was having Big Fun, which I was! He made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend, and that I was important. I had about 6 choices that I picked and he helped me narrow it down to the one that was best for me, and it quickly became my absolute favorite! He's so good at his job. Once all the options were chosen he did his thing and made it affordable for me! Now I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review with so much Joy in my heart, because in a week or so I'll be picking up the most beautiful pair of glasses that I've ever had in my life, and I've been wearing glasses for close to 30 years. If you need an awesome pair of prescription glasses and great Sales Associates to help you, go to LensCrafters in the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, and ask for Marqus!

Ryan was so sweet and welcoming. My experience with him was top notch and I truly appreciated being in his company. He was very knowledgeable about all customizations I could get with my glasses and took the time to explain when I had questions. He was by far my best experience in customer service. It’s employees like him who make the difference for businesses!!

My experience at LensCrafters in Cross Creek Mall was absolutely wonderful. Jacob provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
What I appreciated most was how patient he was while helping me look at different frame options and explaining the lens choices. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Instead, Jacob made sure I understood everything and helped me find something that truly worked for me.

Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Instead, he focused on helping me find what truly worked best for me and my family. That level of professionalism and honesty is rare and very appreciated.
His customer service was top-tier — patient, informative, and attentive to detail. It felt more like being guided by a trusted expert rather than being sold something.

Went today to get my daughter some new specks. Kayla was awesome! She was so kind and patient with us. She was very detail oriented and made sure we knew everything about our insurance benefits and which glasses would fit my daughter best based off her needs and preferences. She made the entire ordeal super fun for my daughter and she can’t wait to go back and see her. I love knowing that when I come to LensCrafters, associates like Kayla, truly are there to serve their customers needs.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
