Kayla is amazing and so helpful with picking out frames that fit my face perfectly. She is knowledgeable on the different add-ons and features that can be added to lenses. I will always ask or recommend her!

I had a great experience with lenscrafter. The sales lady really took the time to break down the insurance coverage and which would work better for me. I also think they carry lots of different styles to choose from at the Fayetteville, NC Cross Creek Mall. I recommend lenscrafter very much! Thank you

Good experience. Layla assisted me today. She was very professional and made every effort to bring down the cost of my glasses.

Unfortunately, the pickup experience was handled very poorly. The employee was dismissive and unprofessional, completely undermining what had been a positive initial sales process. The lack of basic customer service left me frustrated and questioning a $900 purchase at this location.

I had an extremely frustrating experience picking up my glasses at this LensCrafters location. I received a text that my order was ready, signed in upon arrival, and then waited 10 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgment, despite multiple employees being present and focused on their tablets. After finally being helped, staff spent another 30 minutes trying to locate my glasses, with no updates, apology, or sense of urgency. In total, I was in the store for 45 minutes just to pick up an order that was supposedly ready. I am a new mother to an 8-week-old, so leaving the house and having my time wasted like this is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this location and regret giving my business here.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
