  Communication is poor. Their phones either never work or no one wants to pick up. If you get an appointment the messages you send on the patient portal will rarely be responded to in a helpful way, if at all. Not the most comfortable environment to walk into from the nurses to the front desk staff. The doctor was mid but with all of the other issues. I’d just find somewhere else to go. Take care ladies.

  I have been on hold YET AGAIN for over an hour. Why is it so hard to get someone on the phone here? They never answer the phone and I am having some serious issues going on right now. This place will NEVER get my business again and I advise anyone that can relate to file a grievance with your insurance. This place is not here to help pregnant women like it claims or they’d make themselves more accessible. I’m so frustrated and angry that I have to deal with these people I wish I would have chosen a different provider earlier but I’ve paid so much to them and my due date is in a couple of months I don’t want to have to start this whole process over with again. This place is a scam to prey on pregnant women NEVER GO HERE. I will not have any further communication after my baby is born, these people are no good and I can’t believe there are places like this that just don’t answer their phones. This is a doctors office this should be illegal

  My experience with the Jones Clinic and specifically Dr. McMahon has been phenomenal! I have neverrrr everrrrr had such a wonderful experience with an OB! She is top notch and a class act, I felt cared for and heard and being able to experience that as a woman has absolutely given me joy in my heart for lack of better words. Also, the nurses and staff at the Jones Clinic are fabulous, they are all very helpful, from the front reception to the nurses and staff in the back they work like a well oiled machine and everyone in that clinic has answers to questions or they will help you find the information you need, unfortunately that is a first for me as well with a doctor's office and an OB. And the Cape Fear short stay surgical unit those nurses from the beginning phase 1 to the end are out of this world! This positive experience has restored hope in my heart, I hope all women can get this kind of care!!!!!!

  I’ve been going to Dr.jones for almost 20’years. He’s the best doctor in Fayetteville hands down. He delivery 4 kids and he’s always done an amazing job!!

  The care provided by NP Penelope, Dr McMahon and the nurses has been an amazing experience, they were gentle and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. However, the phone system and trying to schedule appointments or follow up on labs or referrals has been atrocious. I waited on hold for 85 mins earlier this week and again 65 minutes another day and when they finally answer you, they transfer to a mailbox that is full or you get disconnected. I have also messaged in the portal and am still waiting (going on 2 weeks now) to hear back on the status of a referral or next steps for surgery. It’s been a very frustrating experience
