9 months. I have only been coming here for 9 months and in this time I have felt more like family than anything. From the front desk staff to the ultrasound tech, everyone has been extremely kind and personable. I am getting induced tomorrow and I am going to miss this staff so much. Dr Jones has been the most refreshing medical personnel I have ever met. I encourage everyone who is having their first child to see this amazing staff and I can’t wait to have my second and come right back!! I would give this place a 10 star review if I could. Thank you, Dr Jones- & thank you to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at this establishment during this time.

I have been going to this office for 30 years. I am asthmatic and have been getting my inhaler there for that long with no issues. Currently having an asthma attack and need my inhaler refilled and I was told I have to been seen in the office before I can get a refill. I explained I have no insurance at the moment so I have to pay out of pocket and asked If they can atleast refill 1 until I can make an appointment and was told no that the policy. When my 2 year old son was born in 2023 I had a c section, when he was 4 weeks old my incision opened up and was infected, I made an appointment to be seen and showed up to my appointment with my 4 week old and was turned away and refused service because I had my baby with me and it says no children in the office. Imnot sure what's going on there the past few years but it seems they could careless about the patient and all about the money. Basically just go die since uou have no money at the moment. Knowing iv been going there for 30 years. A pure shame.

I went here for my first new patient appointment and they told me they will not and won’t see me because I didn’t have my insurance card. Which they did not tell me during the registration over the phone that I will need to bring an insurance card at that visit. I have insurance and I didn’t have my card yet. I told the front desk I have my insurance number and everything else that they needed but still they send me away. At the time I was 10 weeks pregnant and needed to establish with an OBGYN but they turned me down and away. Will not recommend this place. Fees for service, this is sad.

Today was my first real appt there. The entrance and lobby are beautifully maintained and the staff was professional and extremely kind. I was sort of put off and worried a little when the confirmation message stated “please don’t come in smelling like marijuana or you won’t be seen,” (it’s an illegal for marijuana state. So I was worried about the “type” of place I was coming to) and I was also worried when I got called back bc the exam rooms are NOT as updated as the lobby and entrance. (Attached photos). Visual appearance aside, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. From the front desk, triage and DR PENELOPE (omg) they were amazing people. Dr Penelope listens and made me feel well cared for. She gave me great advice for perimenopause, and put me on a good plan now that I’m excited for. I truly feel like she cared and is really looking out for my next phase of life. She even gave me a step by step description of what will be happening during my next visit so that I know what to expect. I’m very excited about my future visits bc I know I’m in good hands.

Communication is poor. Their phones either never work or no one wants to pick up. If you get an appointment the messages you send on the patient portal will rarely be responded to in a helpful way, if at all. Not the most comfortable environment to walk into from the nurses to the front desk staff. The doctor was mid but with all of the other issues. I’d just find somewhere else to go. Take care ladies.
