My visit at this place was a 8 of 10 . Dr. Connette McMahon was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate her for that. On the other hand I would’ve gave 5 stars but there was 2 employees that I wasn’t too found of. There is a lady who is black with a short ginger wig with glasses that has this unknowledgeable attitude when taking vitals , no welcoming visit just rushy and smart mouth. The receptionist who is also black with glasses and a pony tail was a little dry rude upon taking my information but before I left she began to act a little bit better . Overall the place was clean , wait times in the back may vary due to seeing different patients. But if I could recommend anything .. it would be for the staff to be more professional, having a better walk in greeting, a calm tone when communicating with a patient instead of showing signs of aggravation or irritation & also being supportive and understanding of others and a better way of keeping people information confidential, instead of having to state everything out loud in front of others . This was my first experience visit and I look forward to visiting again with a even better approach. Thank you, Dr. Connette McMahon! See you soon

They never answer the phone like ever. I went to them one time to have my birth control implanted and they inserted it into the wrong spot on my arm. I no longer even go here they harass with voicemails but when I call to change my number they won’t answer. If you want to be mishandled this is the PERFECT place!
