My visit at this place was a 8 of 10 . Dr. Connette McMahon was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate her for that. On the other hand I would’ve gave 5 stars but there was 2 employees that I wasn’t too found of. There is a lady who is black with a short ginger wig with glasses that has this unknowledgeable attitude when taking vitals , no welcoming visit just rushy and smart mouth. The receptionist who is also black with glasses and a pony tail was a little dry rude upon taking my information but before I left she began to act a little bit better . Overall the place was clean , wait times in the back may vary due to seeing different patients. But if I could recommend anything .. it would be for the staff to be more professional, having a better walk in greeting, a calm tone when communicating with a patient instead of showing signs of aggravation or irritation & also being supportive and understanding of others and a better way of keeping people information confidential, instead of having to state everything out loud in front of others . This was my first experience visit and I look forward to visiting again with a even better approach. Thank you, Dr. Connette McMahon! See you soon

They never answer the phone like ever. I went to them one time to have my birth control implanted and they inserted it into the wrong spot on my arm. I no longer even go here they harass with voicemails but when I call to change my number they won’t answer. If you want to be mishandled this is the PERFECT place!

They never answer the phone, can’t leave a message, bathrooms are disgusting they let the trash overflow and the floor is always covered in pee. They overbook and leave you waiting in the waiting room. When it came time for labor, Dr Jones was extremely unprofessional and very pushy about having Pitocin despite previously agreeing to my birth plan, he completely disregarded my birth plan and claimed i never showed him one after I gave him his own copy. He lied to my face because he was impatient and I had to fire him off my team, my labor went great once he was done. 0 complications despite him claiming there would be if we didn’t “speed things along”.

I started out here as a young pre teenager age 12 with Dr. Johnnie Jones. My Mother found the facility years ago and she was bringing me to every appointment. In 1995 my first daughter was born and this office blessed my baby into the world. Years go by and I move to a different city, come back in 2005 to mean receptionists talking to me crazy, so I would give them the same energy. I’m so happy that Dr. Jones got rid of a lot of people and that really care for their patients. On both sides now attitudes are beautiful because one day I was on the first side and this one nurse I guess she was helping one day and was really being smart with me, I wanted to knock her to the middle of next week. Glad she’s not there anymore. This is when we had to wear our mask. Now I can say on the OBGYN side, the beautiful people like Jhania, Mrs. Phylis, Toni and Logan along with Dr. Penelope and Coretta McMahon and Michael Jones are super awesome. Respect comes along way, I’m just so blessed to have all the right people in the office. Two of my beautiful grand children were also welcomed with open arms by Dr. Michael Jones in 2023 and 2025. I wanted to say for all these years, thank you for all the support and encouragements with all the love you provide for your patients. Always do the right thing helping others.
