- DDDonald5 days ago1.0Had to change an appointment. Been seen there for over a year. Next appointment is 6 months out. There is no reason an appointment is 6 months out. Do not ever go there. Find a different doctor for a bad heart. Waste of time.

Is they gonna wait till I’m passed away or something? 1. HIPPA right to your records even without being read by the doctor, with 30 days of asking. 2. Have family to file a “wrongful death” if you pass away from their negligence. Must be filed within 2 years of death. 3. The doctor or hospital owed you a duty of care. • They breached that duty (ex: delayed critical results unreasonably). • The breach caused your death (not just inconvenience). • The death resulted in damages (medical costs, lost income, loss of companionship, pain & suffering). 4. While you’re alive, file a complaint with the state medical board, complaint of hospital/clinic, medical malpractice lawsuit. Because we’re talking about the heart or other, let all of you family know to get a medical malpractice attorney (preferred out of the county or state) in case you pass away from their negligence.
