Ok was hesitant going to this optical but boy was i wrong. It was one of the best eyeglass buying experiences I've ever had. From the optician, Angela, that took me through the process and made it super easy and understandable, to the guy in the back who's name i didn't get who made my glasses in 6 minutes (yes I said 6 minutes) and finally to Rick the guy at the front counter that fits your finished glasses my experience was fantastic.
So if your thinking of going to any other place just stop by and give them a try. You will not be disappointed In the least.

The service was excellent. It was swift and accurate. The personnel was friendly and efficient.
We arrived for our scheduled appointment and there was no staff member present in the optometrist office, only a paper sign in the window directing customers to sign in. After awkwardly waiting for about 15 minutes with no communication and no signs of life, we went next door to the attached glasses retailer to ask if we were in the right place. We stood at the desk for about 5 minutes before I said excuse me to the closest staff member (working on a laptop). She did not even look up at us as I asked her if we were in the right place for an eye exam. She said it was next door with eyes still on her laptop, and back we went to the small empty waiting room with again, no one present.
We then waited an additional 15 minutes without any update or visible staff presence. Even if exams are conducted via telemedicine or the doctor is off-site, someone should be physically present to greet patients and communicate delays. Everyone’s time is valuable, especially when bringing children in for care. Appointments already are an interruption to a normal day, although necessary, one doesnt expect to go to said scheduled interruption and waste time and energy out of one's work day. I wasted time today and my child is still without an eye exam. I'm left wondering how this place has good reviews and how they're even in business. I would not recommend making an appointment here based on our experience.

Appointment was for 4pm. I arrived at 3:37, signed in, and here I am still at 4:40pm. No one has greeted me, came to the window, checked in with me out nothing. If I didn’t need an appointment ASAP, I’d leave. This is ridiculous!
Always friendly, helpful, professional, and glasses have always been correctly made and greatly enjoyed. My family has been happy here for many years. We recommend this place to our friends, who have all been happily satisfied with their service.
