I had an appointment set for today and I show up early and had to sit and wait over 15 minutes before anybody came and said anything to me. Then when somebody showed up she didn't bother to apologize for the wait and she was rude about my actual exam and my coverage. Instead of checking my insurance card she went off of what I filled out something that I wasn't sure about and proceeded to tell me that they could not see me because I was out of network. So I wasted my time plus I said waiting for somebody to come and say anything to me just for them to tell me that I was out of network to be seen. I might need to get some more workers in there or at least know when you have another appointment so you can attend to that person and not have them waiting without anything being said to them. I don't recommend going to the eye doctor but the eyeglass place Eyemart Express they are excellent
