We felt at ease as soon as we came into the office very polite, greetings from the front office staff and the nurses were friendly and kind, and answered all of our questions we traveled to his office from Charlotte, North Carolina, which was a 2 1/2 hour drive, but it was worth it. dr. Patel gave us excellent news about My Son’s condition and what could be done for it. He gave us so much hope for the future of his eyesight.

He was so very patient, concerned for my comfort and thorough in his exam and explanations. He and his entire staff did everything to patiently answer all my questions and reassure me, up to, and through, the surgery so that I was comfortable and confident in the procedure. The facility atmosphere, and staff, during procedure prep, gave complete calmness. Their help and kindness continued even after surgery to assure my recovery was complete. Now that the surgery is over, I will say how easy it was and how comforting it was to have Dr. Patel and his staff. I am so very happy I chose Dr. Patel for this surgery.
