- NCN C5 days ago2.0Being here is like having a part time job that you don’t get paid for. Whenever I have an appointment I make sure I have absolutely NOTHING to do afterwards. This is the longest doctor appointment that I have out of all of my doctor’s appointments. The time is what makes this 2 stars. The doctor I see gets the job done, not very personable, but if I could find another doctor in this city I would go there. The other office in town had an atmosphere that was not very inviting, so this is why I come to this office. This office’s atmosphere is nicer and more open. But bring your headphones or a book…bring both… you will be here for awhile. My last visits were at least 3 hours. 2.5 of that is waiting.

The workers with checking out the eyes for the doctor all of them were prompt and knowledgeable about what they were doing and polite. Dr. Zeng covered very thoroughly about the surgery from beginning to the end. The billing person was very nice and finished up where I understood what I needed to do before and after the procedures. A good bunch of people.

Did not try to sell unnecessary upgrades for my lens replacement after cataract surgery. Promised improvements, but not miracles. The result, miracles. My teenage sight has been restored. Young professional who is a blessing to our area. Strongly recommend him for you when cataracts affect your lifestyles.

They claimed to take VSP over the phone but they do not. Then the $135 self pay fee discussed on the phone became a deposit at the receptionist desk. Lack of transparency and very disingenuous. Thanks again for delaying my care for a week
