  I want to be as honest as possible in sharing my experience with you. In late November, I was assisted by Ms. Angélica—who, fortunately, speaks Spanish—and I explained to her what I was looking for. However, I didn't have an up-to-date prescription for my vision, so I had to go see an eye doctor to get a new one. I returned a few days later and was assisted by Ms. Latonya, who kindly helped me out. She explained that Ms. Angélica wasn't working that day but that she would be happy to assist me herself—which she did. But more than that, she looked me up in the system and said: "Mr. Antonio, from what I can see here, in a few days your health insurance might help cover a portion of the cost of your new glasses. If you aren't in a rush, it would be a good idea to come back in early January and ask for Ms. Angélica so she can follow up on your order." So, first and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the HONESTY and ETHICS demonstrated by the employees at TARGET OPTICAL. I want to thank them because, sure enough, I did return, and my insurance covered $200 toward my glasses. I ended up saving money and felt deeply grateful to the entire staff—especially since Ms. Angélica was the one who ultimately assisted me. A THOUSAND THANKS TO EVERYONE! Quiero ser lo mas honesto posible para platicarles mi experiencia, A finales de noviembre fui atendido por la Senorita Angelica que por fortuna habla espanol y le explique lo que deseaba, pero no llevaba mi receta actualizada de mi graduacion por lo que tuve que ir al oculista para mi nueva reeceta. Regrese unos dias despues y me atendio la Senorita Latonya quien amablemente me ayudo y me dijo que ese dia no se encontraba trabajando la Sita Angelica pero que ella me podia atender con gusto cosa que asi hizo pero mas que eso, Ell me busco en el sisyteme y me dijo. Sr Antonio en lo que puedo ver en unos dias su Seguro medico le podria ayudar a pagar un pco sus nuevos anteojos, y mir si no le urge seria bueno regresara los primeros dias de enero y buscar a la Sita Angelica para que le de segimiento a sus anteojos. Entonces primero quiero agradecer la HONESTIDAD y la ETICA que existe entre los empleados de TARGET OPTICAL y agradecerles por que en efecto regrese y mi seguro cubrio 200 dolares de mis anteojos asi que ahorre y quede muy agradecido con todo el perosnal ya uqe finalmente me atendio la Srita Angelica GRACIAS MIL A TODOS

  This is a wonderful practice! Dr. Lou is so knowledgeable and caring - she takes time to explain your eye health and listen to your concerns. Angie is an amazing optician. I usually have difficulty finding frames that fit my face, but the first pair she found for me were perfect! I was able to use all my Target redcard and Circle benefits too! Thank you for a great experience.

  My son and I entered the Target Opticals near South Point Mall. We had a few questions and left a form for the Opthamplogist who was not in the office. The two ladies that helped us were very accommodating and professional. They spoke calmly and seemed eager to help by answering the questions that we answered. I spoke mainly with Ms. Latonya Hodiyah. Very professional and smart young lady. Her co-worker was also the same. Thank you ladies.

  Love Miss Guerda and Miss Angie. My daughter recommended that I come to Target Optical. I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile and immediately, I knew I was in the right location. Great selection, great service and even better prices!!!
