When there was a miscommunication between a receptionist and I while scheduling the procedure, the practice opened early to ensure I would be able to be seen exactly when I was told I'd be. Although I had a high level of anxiety about the procedure, OMSA was so efficient and and friendly they ensured I was comfortable at all times.
- JDJenny DoughertyFeb 27, 20175.0I had an absessed tooth that was causing pain and not improving. After discussing options with Dr. Serlo I had IV sedation and had the tooth extracted. This was a pain free process even afterwards when I no longer was medicated, I did not need anything other than the ibuprofen which I only took as a precaution. The office staff was professional and they did not keep me waiting. I received excellent care. I appreciated Dr. Serlo's professionalism and you can definitely tell he cares about your well being and finding the right solution for you. I will be having an implant in the near future as well to complete the procedure once the site is healed and ready. I would highly recommend Dr. Serlo and OMSA.
