    Not good. Was told that test was free and I don’t have to buy from there. Got there and after test he told me my hearing was severely bad and I was at risk of getting dementia and Alzheimer’s. And then high pressure to buy their hearing aids and I could not take hearing test with me. I told him I was told on the phone that I could. He said it would cost me 100 dollars to get a copy of my hearing test. And the call center is in a different state and didn’t know better. And have a nice day! He didn’t care at all that I was very disappointed. I go for another hearing test next week at another place. I have good insurance, miracle ear had called so much I felt sorry for them and thought on. I’ll go in, they need business. But they lied.

    Matt and Vickie are top drawer customer service and a team to resolve all your concerns. Matt is very crafty and eager to overcome any obstacles to get you back on your way. I highly recommend them. Vickie has been the cornerstone for this Miracle Ear Office for as long as I’ve been a customer.
