Trial contacts never came in. I called every few weeks for MONTHS...starting in December of LAST YEAR about the contacts. I never got them so I ended up having to order my old prescription for another year and finding a new doctor. P.S. to Triangle Visions Optometry, please do not respond to this review. I'd rather not hear your corporate feedback on your "excellent service" and "commitment" blah blah.

This is the second time a similar situation has occurred. So I'm forced to use my PTO at home. So I moved to another office, I hope it will be different there

There was also at least two employees in the office to the left of the front desk that were clearly asleep. Overall the practice seems predatory and the explanation around billinging was subpar. They charged a larger contact fee for being a new customer and when asked why they said "because they had to do more stuff in the exam." I have worn glasses my entire life and the exam I received was the exact same as any other time. I was also told that next time it would be $100 less but when asked why they couldn't answer. I gave two stars because the Dr. was kind and helpful but I doubt I'll be returning.

While I have been a patient here for several years, this was my first visit with Dr. Davis, and I am quite pleased. I very much appreciated her scientific approach, clear explanations, and non-pushy suggestions. She was also efficient without making me feel rushed in any way, and I was in and out in just under an hour.
