I'll admit I had lower expectations since it was at a Target Optical- but she was experienced, and thorough. Also Angie who helped me with frames, and insurance was wonderful. Dr. Shamar Lou was thorough in her exam, explaining everything she was doing and what she was looking for. She gave a detailed overview of my retina and wellness exam scans, as well as the changes in my visions. The scheduling and paperwork processes were also smooth and efficient. Cannot recommend the Dr and location enough! I’ll be back.
