- SCStephen CostelloSep 10, 20241.0I have only had bad experiences with this office of Miracle-Ear. The secretary is very incompetent and passive-aggressive.. I had difficulty making an appt online, so I went there in person in early August for an appt today, September 10, 2024 at 10;00am. The very same secretary who made the appt told me I was "not on the books" for today, despite an email confirmation and her hand-written appt card. Clients, or potential clients should also know that there is no staff audiologist-they just use free-lancers, so it can be difficult to get an appt. I will never try to use this office again and my whole experience there makes me regret choosing Miracle-Ear and their very expensive hearing aids.
