Angel at southpoint location was extremely helpful in adjusting glasses that was not even purchased from the store! Her help and advice was much appreciated and we are thinking of buying a second pair from this store! Greatly appreciated!

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters today, Ashley was very helpful in explaining the insurance details to me and helped me pick out my frames. Even after my purchase, I did have to have some adjustments made and Ashley was very quick to solve my problems and an effective manner. She is an asset to the store and I’ll go back because it is very easy to deal with her.

I went back to LensCrafters today because the frames I originally purchased were hurting my ears. There was nothing that could be done to the frames to alleviate this issue so I was allowed to choose new frames and have my glasses remade under their 30 day guarantee. I worked with Lily and she was fabulous and very helpful throughout the entire process. I had a very good experience.

The employees here are generally friendly but the service they provide is hit and miss. I ordered a pair of glasses from here and almost from the get go it caused significant irritation of my nose bridge. I've come by now 4-5 times for adjustments and each time I come, they acknowledge it is clearly an issue (from the side of my nose being rubbed raw by the pads) and make a tweak and send me on my way. At no point has anyone offered a more durable solution now a year plus on. Ultimately I asked for my pupillary distance measurements to get another pair made. They made any number of excuses including, weirdly enough, patient privacy (with me being the patient no less), and stated they could not give out that information. I called my optometrist's office who was surprised by this and ultimately got it from Costco optical in about 2 minutes. After a single pair of glasses, I will not be going to Lenscrafters again.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
