  The healthcare professionals from Home Instead have provided consistent, caring and professional Homecare services. Each homecare provider has her own skill set, so it is important to be clear about services needed. We have been very happy with our present Homecare pros. 24/7 phone service is a real plus. Also administration takes an active interest in the quality of service and is readily available for questions and concerns.

  From my first phone call to Home Instead of Durham I felt I had connected with local people who truly cared about the service they were providing and the people they were serving. Over the past year, they have proved to be just that. Jonathan and Ashley have been hands-on in making sure the needs of our 97-year-old aunt, who lives in our home, are met, whether it be delivering supplies to our home for the CarePro or regularly visiting to evaluate how things are going. We’ve been very pleased.

  The people that Home Instead have sent are very 'high quality'--very well-chosen for the specific care recipient, very good care givers in general, very competent people who inspire trust. They are happy to work with me to try to find a good care-giver fit.When our regular person is not available, the substitute is also very good and competent and I don't need to stay to meet them and make sure they know what they're doing.
