Dr. Sotelo was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met and thoroughly explained and helped. Highly recommend him. I wish more doctors were like him. He listened and didn't rush you.

I went to this facility for the heel, callus, and pain but what I feel I got was discrimination. They wanted to create bills and for me to return later. They did nothing as it relates to the issue of me coming. As I was leaving I over heard a white patient talking about how this same doctor did his feet.

I went to Dr. Iredale after years of recurring pain with plantar fasciitis and a supposed neuroma, for which I had received multiple injections and treatments from other podiatrists in our area. I was frustrated at the lack of success-the last Doc gave me an injection that made matters ten times worse, and I could no longer stand on my feet! Dr. Iredale was quick at diagnosing the problem (the location of the pain was different from what other doctors had interpreted), gave me an injection so I could put my foot down and walk, and provided long term solutions with orthotics. It feels so good to go to a doctor with 40 years experience, who fully understands the mechanics of the foot, and tells you logical treatment options (i.e. orthotics will make me walk correctly-straighten the axis so that the pressure falls evenly!) that work!! Highly highly recommended!

Until my appointments with Dr. Hill I had always had very positive interactions with medical professionals. Over the years as I’ve interacted with doctors I’ve always felt respected as a patient and that my input was valuable to the diagnosis and treatment of whatever was going on. I can say unequivocally that Dr. Hill’s manner and demeanor were the worst I’ve come across in a medical professional. Although I was concerned about her communication and attitude in the first visit I returned for my follow-up appointment hoping that the previous experience was just a fluke. Sadly, it was not. In my second (and now last) visit it her behavior was worse.
The cornerstone of quality medical care is trust. This trust relies on respect and communication. Unfortunately Dr. Hill was dismissive, condescending and unwilling to listen to my input as a patient. She showed poor reasoning by making hasty generalizations without listening to my description of how my symptoms change depending on my footwear. She even contradicted herself by giving me conflicting assessments of what will influence/ameliorate my symptoms. The worst part, however, was the way that she talked to me.
Rather than compassionate, she seemed annoyed. Rather than focused on clear and respectful communication she was combative. Rather than appreciative of my business as a patient, she seemed entitled and arrogant.
Her attitude and manner did not earn my trust.
