  I have a membership to also use the showers since I’m always on the road. The water was not even what you could consider warm. It was cold with a hint of trying to warm up & never got warm. I left it running for a good while & even tried a second shower. This is also the most packed PF I’ve ever been to. I had to wait for a couple machines. It was literally swarming with people. They need another one in this area. They don’t have a 30 minute workout area at this location either. It’s a clean, nice sized gym though.

  First time visiting this PF. Very clean. Lots of equipment to use. Newer stuff too. Staff was very friendly.

  I began working out at PF-Dunn for about 2 weeks now. It has been a favorable experience with the staff and the use of all the great equipment. The facility is clean and the equipment is in good working order. The music could be a little louder but I really do enjoy the experience thus far. One thing I've noticed is there are a couple of female members that like to talk on the phone with the speaker on so everyone can hear the conversation whether we want to or not. If you can talk while exercising, you are not working out. Aside from that small group of females, most are definitely focused on getting a good workout.

  I love this gym and adore that the female staff’s customer service is stellar and the men should follow suit becuase other then the African American gentleman and the older white guy I don’t recall his name the lack of attentiveness on the other guys are inattentive and need a retraining on customer service which leaves a acerbic taste of abhorrence. I wanted to also say despite all that I focus on the positive and want to relay this constructive criticism now I’m only giving 4/5 stars due to the fact that I and a few of my friends and fellow gym goers have all complained about how quiet the music is when this is a gym if you notice and I do notice everything being neurodivergent and ADHD that due to the fact you will see a myriad of gym goers use headphones because the music is not hype or loud at all when this is a GYM I don’t want to feel like I’m going to a library so if the head manger can rectify this expeditiously and tactfully give the Staff which mostly are amazing despite the ones I mentioned access to the music which they’ve told me they don’t have would be amazing.
