  My first visit could not have been better. The staff is welcoming with smiles and great attitudes. The office is neat and clean. The dental assistant Sherry was super friendly and worked nicely side by side with my dentist Dr. Johnson. Dr. Johnson was cordial, kind and thorough. I came to this office seeking a second opinion and I found my new dental home. Hint - the office is located on the back side of the building.

  Dr. Johnson is the BEST ! Soooo worth the trip around the Lake ! My adult son is autistic and the Dr. and his team have the best dispositions to make him feel comfortable. ( which is NOT an easy task if you have experience with loved ones on the spectrum). Not to mention his skills and collaboration/sharing options /planning strategies for optimal health care, going forward. All my thanks to the entire Avason team ! Joanna Phelan

  I visited Avason with my Dad. This was Our first time visiting and I left with happy and joyful feelings. Everyone whom we spoke with appeared genuinely happy and their joy overflowed to their face and speech. The Dr was very sweet and kind. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

  Dr. Avason is the best dentist ever… I highly recommend him to everyone.. I drive from Charlotte to see him… His nurse Sherry is so kind And also very helpful..Thank you Dr. Avason!

  From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Avason at Avason Family Dentistry was exceptional. I arrived at 7:49 a.m. for my 8:00 a.m. appointment. By 8:06 a.m., I was in the back. At 8:15, I was being numbed, and by 8:48 a.m., both dental implants were placed completely painless and with absolutely no discomfort. By 8:53 a.m., I was checked out and in my car at 9:00 a.m. on the dot. The efficiency alone was impressive. My consultation with Ms. Valarie and Shannon thoroughly prepared me for the procedure. They answered my questions and made sure I felt informed and confident. Samantha, the dental assistant, provided a calm presence I did not even realize I needed during the procedure. It truly feels like a family atmosphere. Dr. Avason and his entire team operate with cohesion, competence, and genuine care. I read the reviews before deciding to call, and I can confidently say they are accurate. I am grateful I chose a dentist who prioritizes both excellence and patient experience. I am already looking forward to my post op appointment in two weeks - 5 STARS✨. Thank you for a stellar experience.
