They constantly worked with me to find creative ways to meet my goals and suggestions that I never would have discovered. Just about everyone I talked to and worked with was compassionate, knowledgeable and made me feel heard. I attribute my successful goal met to the people there who provided encouragement and insight. I ate food - there was no starving and whenever I hit a wall or issue - the staff was able to help me navigate it. Seeing food as a fuel source that allows you to do what you want and understanding what I truly 'need' was so enlightening. I highly recommend PHD in Davidson /Lake Norman to anyone looking to achieving a healthier and better version of yourself.
