  Yesterday, I brought my daughter here for an appointment with Dr. Higgins only to be told upon arrival that the appointment had been booked under an established patient slot, when in fact she needed a new consult appointment. Because of this scheduling error, we weren’t able to be seen. I had even spoken with the manager ahead of time to let them know I would be about 8 minutes late. So clearly, someone viewed the appointment details. why wasn’t the mistake caught then? Why wasn’t it corrected or at least flagged so we didn’t waste our time driving all the way there. I also attempted to call the office multiple times on different days prior to the appointment to get clarification, but no one ever answered the phone. This entire situation was incredibly frustrating and completely avoidable. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and I left with no resolution to my daughter’s issue. just told we’d have to wait another two weeks. Smh I was told the manager would follow up with a phone call, but I’ve yet to receive it and honestly, at this point, I don’t even want it. When the mistake is clearly on your end, what do you expect patients to do? This level of care and communication is completely unacceptable. We’ll be taking our care somewhere else. somewhere that actually values us and respects our time.

  Dr A. Higgons is the doctor you dream to have for your child. She explains everything in detail on what will occur with simplicity for you and your child to understand. Totally recommend her for anyone! Amazing!

  Dr. Higgins is amazing & took the time to help us find answers for our daughter! She also made my daughter feel comfortable!

  Amazing bedside service! Dr. Houck spoke to my child directly with so much patience and respect. We were seen exactly on time and everyone was warm and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr. Houck and his staff.
