  I’ve had such a great experience with this office throughout my pregnancy. I have gestational diabetes and from the very first visit, the entire team has been incredibly professional and kind. Dr. Imseis and Dr. Sutton are both amazing providers. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all of my questions, and make me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. Managing a high risk pregnancy can feel overwhelming, but they’ve made the process so much easier. I never feel rushed during appointments and always leave feeling informed and at ease. The level of care and attention they provide truly stands out, and you can tell they genuinely care about both mom and baby. I’m so thankful to have found a team I trust during such an important time. Highly recommend to anyone needing specialized prenatal care!

  My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ausbeck as our OBGYN. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ausbeck herself is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to listen to our concerns and provided thorough explanations for any questions we had. Her bedside manner put us at ease during what could be a stressful visit. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and efficient. We truly appreciate the level of care we received here and would highly recommend Dr. Ausbeck to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring OBGYN.

  The office called to schedule my visit and informed me that I could have one person accompany me in the room to my appointment. I informed OBGYN that I was not interested in the consultation and was only interested in the appointment to see doc-I am asked if I want to schedule the consultation, too. I called to see what the policy was on children because I do not have anyone to watch one of my kids to see if one of them could come with the adult accompanying me to the appointment so I can have an extra set of ears. I was spoken to extremely rudely and told, “well bring another adult with you and let them watch the child!” Or “you can bring the child back with you and that can be your one person!” I explained I was only calling to get the rules on what/who qualifies as “one” person. So….it’s okay for patient to have no one that can advocate for them but it is okay to have a 20 month old running around the exam room the entire visit. I canceled my appointment and am taken my care elsewhere. This is the same experience we had with our daughter at this location. I hope things get better for this office and wish them well!

  So first they call me to set an appointment and had my name wrong well I called back and they couldn't find me under my name or date of birth so I had to call my doctor that sent me there to resend the paper hoping they would find me well finally they found me but they have to call me back to look over the paperwork why? you already had my paperwork just under the wrong name because you didn't put it in right and then get rude with me when I ask why? you already called me to set up appointment it's just crazy to be treated like that and I have not even went to see a doctor there yet now I don't want to even go and see any doctor.

  Dr. Mills took great care of me and was kind and informative in helping my husband and I navigate some unexpected bumps in my pregnancy. The office is well organized and the ultrasound techs and front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well.
