  Rarely does one find medical facilities where patients aren't just customers but actually feel "cared about". My PCP at Lakeside Family Physicians called my cell at 10pm to give me the results of my late afternoon CT Scan so as to alleviate my concerns based on earlier diagnostic results during a checkup. Even though they have been my Primary for almost a decade, I was pleasantly surprised that they would go out of their way for me like that. I have to say, as an old Army veteran it takes alot to affect my feelings, but as i hung up the phone my eyes watered a little. Thank you, your care is very much appreciated. 🫡

  I was at Novant Huntersville and then transferred to big Presby Neuro ICU all the staff were wonderful Dr Mitch was great the nurses were great! I give them 5 stars. The food was not good tho. Dr Chapman at Novant Jetton was wonderful also

  They definitely care more about money than actually helping you here. When they didnt cover the services I was requesting after they failed to assist me their way, they were trying to charge me almost 500 to be referred to another dr. So ultimately you dont have the tools to help me and want to charge me still somehow lol. Ethics are low!

  No stars! 1st visit ok. Blood wk done, Mungin seemed delightful. I'm new to area, breast cancer survivor I need referrals to certain drs. She set me up referrals. One morning I woke up, one of my eyes totally dark red! I was horrified! Dr office closed so I went to urgent care. Just a bad allergy reaction. As told by UC, let my caregiver know. I did. Called made appt. Next day checked my portal. Couldn't believe my eyes!! comment from Mungin made me sound like a looney. So many lies! "I came in with a notebook which I kept flipping through, rambling ideas, flight of ideas, reads from notebook (what notebook?) didn't have a notebook! Just my wallet. "But sometimes what she is looking for is not in notebook. Flipping through notebook. (Who is she talking Abt?) "Clinical complaints are ambitious & conversation?" "Mood disorder" WHO IS SHE TALKING ABT? I believe herself! She did have very strange look on her face while time! I found out my complaint against her was DENIED! Saw a new Dr & her comment still on my record! lawsuit to remove her craziness from my records ASAP! ALWAYS had great Drs! NY, DC, Dallas and Duke! Drs she will never measure up to. She is a very weird person. And my complaint was denied! Well I will be suing in court! Follow up...my complaint was denied by MUNGIN!! No surprise there!! Didn't know that was allowed!! However, I have started seeking legal advice and help hopefully to remove her from the medical field. Unbelievable!

  Terrible place!!!!! They gave my pharmacy the run around to refill my medication and when I reach out to them to fix it they wanna give me the run around too!!!! Which is lifesaving medication that I need and they want to play with me. Please avoid this place by any means. It’s ran by incompetent people who clearly do not need to be in healthcare. Such a joke.
