    I had an allergic outbreak while on vacation that looked serious. After returning home I had someone help me find a allergy clinic to see what was going on. At the time I was unable to talk without straining so I had someone call with me on the line, she asked all the questions. To get a allergy test done without insurance they gave us a flat fee over the phone. Came in the next day. I was seen, test taken and left with a Zyrtec prescription. During the testing I asked multiple times if there were any additional costs and every answer was no. There was no indication at all that I would owe a balance at the end. Also double checked before leaving and asked if I owed anything they said no. Some time later I get a bill for over $1,000. I WAS SHOCKED! I called in a spoke with someone. Told them what is this bill and why am I receiving it. They said I should have been notified about the payment. I also had a extreme reaction to the testing and no one ever followed up with me or even wrote me a prescription for something that could actually help with my outbreak. They never spoke with me about this amount owed. Never told me I would receive a bill in the mail until it arrived. The worker I spoke with understood my side of things but management wouldn't budge and kept the bill. It has now gone to a collections agency and they recommend I file a claim under "No Surprise Act" after hearing my story. I came in for a check up, left with basic help for my symptoms and a $1,000 surprise bill in the mail. The staff was nice but this was a set up all along. I will never go back to this facility again. They have lost my trust forever.

    These folks are amazing! The communication is consistent and great The office is comfortable and clean The people are warm and welcoming The process is fluid and simple They take the time to listen and ask relevant questions, and explain best next steps should an allergy present itself (apparently I’m allergic to wheat) - while still recognizing my personal request for a “hard stop” at a specific time so that I could be sure to get to my next meeting with no stress They are also a great substitute for urgent care for any sinus-related illnesses! So if you’re looking for an honest practice to help you with allergy concerns or check for the flu/strep/ear infections etc… this is the place! Come and visit these folks!! I know I will be back with my kids soon!
