  The doctors and therapists are great. I only had one very bad experience with someone working in PT. Caitlin was very unprofessional and felt that browbeating me in lecture was more important than actually doing the exercises. Left in tears. So I would avoid that individual in the future but overall everyone else has been too notch.

  This is being written to thank and commend the physical therapists Janet Harte and Morgan Frank at the Copperfield location of Ortho Carolina. Without their empathetic guidance and gentle urging to push myself a little harder each week, I doubt I would as far along as I am in my recovery from total knee replacement. After only 3 weeks I am confidently walking unassisted and regained over 100 degrees bend in the knee! Every visit I have felt as though I am their most important patient and I feel respected and cared about. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  My experience at Monroe MRI Ortho Carolina was not what I expected with technician. Bottom line not helpful. Very unfriendly and did not offer to help with assistance when getting on or off MRI table. I completed test with no problems. The receptionist in the front area was very nice. The Concord Ortho Carolina is a very good atmosphere and very helpful! Dr. Grant M. Is a great Orthopedic Dr. and surgeon!
