  I have been with this office for many years, and they have always been good and fair with helping me maintain treatment. Janelle Stitt has been wonderful, she has a personable approach and always gives me the sense that she truly cares about my needs.

  Was seeing 2 doctors here. Both of them routinely late and even was bullied into scheduling my next appointment only for it to get canceled in less than a week. There's a reason NC ranks 50th in the country for mental health services and this place is a prime example of why.

  I am writing this review after having several therapy visits and I notice all of the bad reviews but I have yet to run into any of the issues that it seems others are running in to. The front desk staff are so kind and patient and have yet to get on my bad side in any way, they're super helpful when it comes to scheduling and have been really accommodating. Tiffaney is my counselor and she is fantastic. She doesn't let any issue go unheard and goes out of her way to make sure I feel listened to and helped in any way I need it. There has been significant change since I started my sessions with her. She is new to this specific location but you can definitely tell through the results that she's very experienced. Shannon is the PA-C at the location and I have had multiple conversations with her as well. She is definitely more on the medical side, in other words, she recommends the medicinal treatments and plans. So far, I have not had any issues talking with her. She is honest and upfront with what she recommends and she doesn't give you a hard time if you don't take her recommendations. Overall, this practice seems highly professional and results-driven which I think is absolutely fantastic. The only qualm I face is that I live closer to Charlotte so the drive to Concord is definitely a difficult one, but they offer televisits for those who don't like the drive or need that specific accommodation. It was a little difficult to get in with this location, as it is with any of the Novant Psychiatry locations, so do keep that in mind to schedule your appointments out to avoid not being able to get in.

  PEOPLE if you go to Novant health, pay attention to your bills! And record how long you spend WITH the Doctor! Ive been paying $140 for a 30 minute visit when I actually only spent 15 minutes or less with the doctor. I mentioned it 1 time and boom! They didnt charge me for it that visit...the other 10+ visits are just 100's of dollars I paid for nothing. So pay attention. Make note of the actual time he/she spends with you. And look at any charge that may pertain to the alotted time of you visit!
