  Not very accommodating. My scheduled appointment that I booked almost a month ago was canceled the day of due to doctor emergency. I rescheduled for the next day with a doctor I didn’t initially pick just for a quick appointment. I was going to reschedule my annual with the doctor I wanted. I came late by 20-25 mins and was not able to be accommodated even though this wasn’t even the day I originally wanted for the appointment. I don’t drive at the moment and had to call an uber to get there and took off the afternoon from work just to make the appointment. Disappointed to say the least, I’ll find a new office and physician all together.

  This office has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, it was clear that my children were not receiving the care and attention they deserved. Both of my kids were patients of Suima Aryal, and after the first visit I already had concerns about her professionalism and level of compassion. My son has autism, and I requested assistance with diaper supplies through Aeroflow. I left multiple messages, and when the paperwork was finally completed, it was done incorrectly. Aeroflow contacted her to get the corrections made, and although she said she would fix it, she never followed through. Months later she told them that she would not fix the paperwork until I scheduled another appointment—after already delaying the process for so long. Her lack of follow-through and empathy was extremely discouraging. At one appointment, I actually walked out just to maintain my integrity because the situation had become so unprofessional. When doctors fail to provide proper care, families deserve to know why patients are leaving. I hope the office reviews this feedback seriously so other families do not have to experience the same issues.
