  It was great place for my child and me to go. Unfortunately, they have new staff that are not very friendly, and they do not schedule the appointments properly, causing my child to keep waiting to see a doctor and making family loose time. I called at 8 am asking for a sick appointment, the person was rude and told me that there was no availability to 4pm. I accepted and when I went with my kid, there wasn’t any appointment scheduled. I felt rejected and neglected, very disappointed with the person that I spoke by phone. She did not did her job. The person who talked to me when I arrived to the office was not very nice either and did not have any possibilities. Another girl, tried to solve the situation and was very helpful, offering me the option to schedule an appointment after hours in a primary care.

  The way I could RAVE about this office. I have three children and have never been more in love with the care that an office provides. My daughters see Dr Gaines and Dr Selden and I absolutely love them. They address my concerns and never make me feel rushed. I moved from the area and still drive an hour just to keep my daughters in their care!

  Love, love, love this office. They are so caring and compassionate. They listen and take their time with you. Would highly recommend Dr. Gains.

  Dr Kymberly Selden, the entire staff, and the facility are AMAZING! 🤩 My daughters will outgrow the pediatric practice soon, but the years they’ve had with her have properly primed them for what to look for in a PCP: a Provider who is smart and knowledable, but allows you to speak and ask questions; one who is patient and does not rush through your appointment; one who is confident, but willing to consult with specialists so that you get the best outcomes, and one who is responsive and communicative between visits. The clean facility and super friendly staff are consistent bonuses. It’s been a great experience that our family will cherish forever!
