- ACAshley CJan 1, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at the front office are the most useless and hateful I’ve ever encountered at Novant. I explained my situation with my son and all they said was “we are booked for the whole day” would not even see him! I ended up Driving to Huntersville’s urgent care and they saw us right away even though they were booked, because of my son’s condition. Perfect example of “if they wanted to, they would”. Maybe train your staff to care better for their patients and don’t offer “walk ins” if you never have spots open.
