  We went here over the weekend, twice actually. Short wait and the staff were kind and compassionate. They took the time to answer all our questions, no rush. They were not busy. They did everything they could. We did not need to be seen by the ultrasound tech, so no comment on that. Thankful that this was an option.

  I saw Alma Tyler. She was kind and listened. Answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or as if I was an inconvenience. I am incredibly grateful. Thank you!

  Not very accommodating. My scheduled appointment that I booked almost a month ago was canceled the day of due to a doctor emergency. I rescheduled for the next day with a doctor I didn’t initially pick just for a quick appointment. I came late by 20-25 mins and was not able to be accommodated. The front desk didn’t even go back to ask the doctor if she would see me after telling her my reasons for coming late. I don’t drive at the moment and had to call an uber to get there and took off the afternoon from work just to make the appointment. I wouldn’t have have had this issue had this been the original appointment because I planned ahead for it. Disappointed to say the least, I’ll find a new office and physician all together.

  On the morning of Feb 22, just around 9am, an employee of this location driving a Hyundai Veloster flew by me heading northeast on Eastfield / Harris Rd. She crossed the double-yellow line into oncoming traffic right around Wallace Farm. Then, a little further up the road, on one of those hills around Clarke Creek, I saw her cross double-yellow lines again (going over the crest of a hill) to pass another car. I saw her pull in and park at this business so I pulled up as she was getting out of the car to ask her to stop driving like a maniac as she’s going to kill somebody. This is when I saw she had a Novant employee badge on her uniform.

  I had a bad experience getting IV fluids. Was stuck 3x completely bruised up. Called to speak to the office- as my new insurance card hasn't come in the mail yet and I did the $50 for an iv fluid visit. Was told id even though it was their fault they couldn't figure out how to start an iv- that id have to come back Saturday and pay another office visit. I truly think if its something they did- they should fix it.
