  I called 10mins ahead of the appt start time to let them know we were running late 15mins late because my dad is in a wheelchair. The receptionist said they have a 20min grace period and not to worry. We arrive 15mins late and check in at the 15min mark and then we’re told that the receptionist I spoke to did not relay my call to the clinical team, that the Dr has left, and there is no other provider who can see him. Why offer a 20min grace period if the provider is not adhering to it? I would understand if we have no notice or arrive past the grace period however we did our part and Northeast failed to do theirs. They have no idea how difficult it is to prepare my paralyzed and wheelchair-bound father for an appt and how much we had to go through to get there. And I made it clear when I called ahead that he was wheelchair bound and transportation was difficult. It took all I could to keep from breaking into tears at the reception desk. Don’t offer what you cannot back up with professionalism and action. Such a disappointing experience.

  Dr. Anghel and everyone else I encountered here were extremely kind and helpful. I've had gut issues for a while and I feel like she is the first doctor to actually listen to my problems and care to help. After trying multiple doctors over the years I highly recommend!

  Dr Vinay Patel and staff were excellent and very efficient. I was taken back almost immediately for my prep for a colonoscopy. I would definitely recommend Northeast Digestive Health.

  Dr. Anghel kept going until she found my issue...I am grateful for her perseverance, knowledge and investment in my health. She always makes me feel like she truly cares about my symptoms and my health journey.

  Dr. Russel and his team did an outstanding job during my colonoscopy procedure. They were professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
