  Came here because they accepted my insurance and was looking for some other frame options. When I walked in, there was an employee on her cell phone at the first desk (the desk that’s positioned directly in front of the door) who didn’t even look up or greet me. It took a moment for anyone to address me which I found a little odd. Once I explained what I was looking for, there were a few other employees who were super helpful in trying to find me something I might like. The woman still never looked up or engaged. Just before leaving, the female employee got a phone call and rushed out the door. She went into the parking lot to take her phone call and was cussing out whoever was on the phone. I just found this incredibly unprofessional and slightly unsettling to be doing at your place of employment. A strange interaction overall.

  They came to my company location and I was able to order safety glasses. The selection was great, reps were super friendly and the turnaround on my glasses was less than a week. How in the world could I complain. I will do business with Eyemart Express again!!

  Awesome!!! Customer service , price, selection, turnaround time!!!!! Will definitely be back for all of the members of my family to get our eye needs taken care of!!!!

  Rare, very rare find. My wife purchased glasses from a large retailer and they hurt her nose a lot. They were adjusted at purchase and again but still were very painful. Due to pain, I was fully prepared to just get her new glasses at Eyemart. They can do in an hour or so I think. Anyway, the guy I think is the owner somehow adjusted the other store glasses, put on new nose pads, and did it all free. Did not try to sell anything, instead was very concerned with helping. You cannot find places like this today. Certainly when the time come for new glasses I will only go to Eyemart from now own. Lesson learned and my sincere thanks to the person that helped my wife today. You are a caring person and deserve all the business you can handle.

  Mari was excellent in helping me with my new glasses and explaining everything. I would recommend Eyemart Express to anyone. Chill environment, calm staff, very affordable (I used my insurance and paid out of pocket close to $300 for two pair and some upgrades on Ray Ban and some Lazzaro.)
