- JMJenny MizeMar 15, 20261.0I had my eye exam at AccuVision Eye Center on January 10, and it’s now March 15 — I still don’t have my glasses. I even went in on a Friday, only to find they were closed, and they’re also closed on weekends. I’ve called multiple times (mailbox full) and sent numerous emails with no response. For a $574.93 out-of-pocket cost on top of my premium insurance, this is unacceptable. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Timely service is essential, and I hope AccuVision addresses this promptly.
