- THTonya HessJan 27, 20221.0This is not a place to go for hearing aides. We purchased a special on hearing aides that cost 5k+ after a discount. Wasn't satisfied for the money and returned them. Because it wasn't 30 days after we were going to have to pay a large restocking fee. So we were offered a less quality set. Basically from the best to the worst. This pair was $1000. They find a finance company to sign a loan with. They promised this pair would have a volume and it didn't. After 30 days we returned them. Because it was after 30 days we had to pay $400 restocking fee. 1 month later we are still getting a bill for the entire amount. They have not paid the finance company that gave them the money for the set. I guess they expect us to pay for hearing aides we do not have. Their finance rules seem to change to suit their needs. Not happy at all.
